Finite Element Simulation and Experimental Investigation on Progressive Forming

چکیده
Abstract A non-linear finite element technique is used to study the progressive forming process of sheet, and elastic-plastic distribution analyzed based on Abaqus/Explict. Finite simulations with different parameters were carried out analyse effects tool head diameter, layer feed sheet properties quality. The results show that increasing diameter or decreasing will result in better quality, influence quality greater than feed, selection materials suitable are more conducive improvement efficiency.
